osascript is not allowed assistive access. : -25211
If you see the following message when trying to use the SC Recorder on your Mac
osascript is not allowed assistive access. : -25211
It means that DS2 does not have the permissions it needs to work correct. (10.12 and ealier OSs.)
Please do the following:
Go here: System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Accessibility
Here you should see several installed programs including Download Surgeon, Soundflower
and perhaps script editor. Please make sure ALL three of these are selected and then save
these changes.
Once you have done that, please open Download Surgeon again, then the SC Recorder
and try using it. You do NOT need to manually select Soundflower. DS2 should do this
automatically.
