Win 10, mp3 codec missing
This is an issue we see on Win 10 machines occasionally. Sometimes it can be fixed easily another times it can be a bear. It seems to be a common issue found in Win 10. Go to your Control Panel >> Users and make sure that your User profile is set as an Administrator. If not, change it to this.If it was NOT set to administrator then uninstall it and reinstall it again after you change this. If it was then proceed.2. Next, temporarily disable your antivirus program (and all modules within it, antivirus, firewall, system protection, etc.)3. Next Right Click the AS icon and select "Run As Admin" and then once it opens try again.
