Learn2Jam DVD will not play on my computer

The Learn2Jam course is playable both on your DVD Player and your computer.  Windows Media Player (WMP), the default media player on Windows machines often will NOT play DVD's because DVD's are built using a .vob format, and WMP does not support this format.  A search on Google reveals many complaints from Windows users about this problem.  It is suggested that if you download an updated codec pack, like K-lite, which contains support for vob files, WMP should then be able to play DVD's.  Again, a search on line shows that many people that did this still could not play DVD's in WMP.

The easiest solution to this problem, short of playing the Learn2Jam DVDs on a DVD player, is to download a FREE media player that supports the playing of DVD's.  We suggest you dowload and install a program called VLC Media Player from Videolan. It is free and can be download from this link.

Our experience with MAC's is that the default media player found on MACs will play DVD's.
