api-ms-win-crt-runtime l1-1-0.dll is missing

If you see the following error on your Windows machine, it is because
your machine is missing a Microsoft library file required by Song Surgeon.

Here is what you should do.

First go to your Windows Start Button
Then find the Song Surgeon 5 folder.
In this folder you will find Microsoft Redistributables 2013
Select it and when it opens you will see a screen with three
options. Click the one that says Repair. Allow it to finish.

Next go here:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows

On this page you will see these two downloads for each OS listed.  Find your OS (Win 7, 8 etc.)
If you have a 32 bit machine only download and install
the x86 file.  If you have a 64 bit machine download and install both.

After doing these things, then reboot and once you machine comes up, open SS and try running it again.
