The Right Side of Song Surgeon Appears to be cut off, how do I fix this?

The problem that you describe is caused by your Windows font setting.  The settings on your computer have been changed from default to large, and at this larger size, your computer will not display SS correctly.

To change this font size please do the following:

In Vista

Control Panel
Appearance and Personalization
Personalization AND then in the left hand vertical menu Select
Adjust Font Size (DPI)

In XP

Right click anywhere on a blank part of your desktop
Select Properties
Select Settings Tab
Select Advanced
Select General Tab

Here you will see DPI settings.. Set to Normal 96 DPI.
