Untitled.wav error on a Mac

OS updates or reinstalling in a different location that the first install can cause an Untitled.wav error file.

The following should fix the problem:

Close the program
Go to your Apps folder and uninstall it (Right click and send to trash)
Next go to Finder, choose Go > Go To Folder.
In the Go To Folder dialog, type ~/Library
Click Go.

Once inside the Library folder find: /Application Support/Song Surgeon 5/

Delete this Song Surgeon 5 folder.

Next, download and reinstall the latest build using this link.

http://songsurgeon.com/files/SongSurgeon5.dmg

Now open the program, register again and it should now work for you.
