I am using my AOL browser and I cannot run your program.
AOL's proprietary browser is compatible with our program and many of our customers use it. However, it has a variety of safety and security settings that if not properly configured will cause problems and will not allow the Guitar Leads program to run.
The easiest way to resolve your problem will be for you to use Internet Explorer rather than your AOL browser for our program. To do this go to the Start button and click it.
Look for Select Program Access and Defaults and select it.Â
Select Custom from this MenuÂ
Click the arrow on the right side of the page across from CustomÂ
This will open a new menu.
Select Browser and then select Intenet Explorer.Â
Go ahead and close this menu and save this new setting.
Now click the desktop icon again to open the Guitar Leads program.
It should now start IE rather than your AOL browser.
The IE window that opens should display a table of contents with links to the song lessons.
