Version 2 was built several years ago before this UHD monitors were available.
The program does not resize on this large monitors and therefore everything on the UI

For now you have can do the following

Go here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Video Surgeon 2

Find the "VideoSurgeon.exe" file
Right click and select Properties
Go to Compatibility tab
click button that says "High DPI Settings"
Click the button that says Override high DPI settings
From the drop down menu select "System"
Select OK to apply and then close out.

Now restart Video Surgeon.
