What is the difference between a project file (.ssp) and a portable project file (.ssproj)?

The .ssproj file is a Song Surgeon portable project file. This is different from a regular project file
in that it has the audio file contained within it. What that means is that you can create a portable
project file one one machine and open it on another machine running SS and it will open.

A .ssp file will not open on a second machine because it only contains the path to the audio file.
Unless the audio file used by the project is also found on the second machine, in exactly the same
location as the first machine, the .ssp will not be able to find it, and therefore will not work (or open
on the second machine).
