Video Surgeon is not detecting a link for a video I want to download

There are two possibilities:

1. Video Surgeon cannot detect links for this video.

If you have never been to this site or this video before, and after 15-20 seconds of the video playing, no link is being detected then it is safe to assume that that Video Surgeon cannot find this video link.

2. You have played this video before

In this second case, you should start by refreshing your browser. Once Video Surgeon has detected a video link, it will not add it a second time without first refreshing your browser.   In addition, if the video was completely played (downloaded by your browser), this video has been cached by your machine. In this situation there is no link to detect because your PC is playing the video from its cache not downloading it.  In order for Video Surgeon to detect this link you will need to clear the cache in your browser.
