Video Surgeon 2 stops working when I try to open or download and open an m4V file.
M4V files are may be encrypted or protected-- and if so, Video Surgeon will not be able to open them and that is the reason the program stops working.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M4VTo test if this is the problem, open VS and then open a standard file format like an mpeg4, mpeg, AVI, FLV etc and see if it can open one of these files. If so then the M4V file is your likely problem.
