Video plays very fast or very slow
The earliest release builds of Video Surgeon 2, both Mac and Windows, exhibited synchronization problems
between audio and video when very long files were opened. This issue was fixed in subsequent builds.
When these newer builds are installed that contain this synchronization fix, the files imported into Video Surgeon
from the earliest releases MUST be deleted. To do so, open the Options Button on Video Surgeon. Note the path
for the Temp and the Cache folders.
Next go to these two sub folders on your machine and DELETE all of the files in these two sub folders. Once these
files have been deleted the problem should be resolved.
Please note that deleting the above files will not affect any of the Video Surgeon project files you have saved.
If you continue to have a problem, after executing the above procedure, please submit a Help Desk ticket.
