This application failed to start because dxva2.dll was not found.

The error message: "This application failed to start because dxva2.dll was not found"  typically is encountered on older machine.

To solve this problem, please click the link below and download and install these files.
Do this one at a time and if the program doesn't run after installing the first one,
then download and install the second one and try again.

If you cannot install one because you see a message about a newer version already being installed
you will need to go to your control panel and uninstall.  You will see the program listed as a Microsoft
Visual C++ Redistributables.  You can tell which one you installed by looking at the installation date in
the control panel.

If this doesn't work, then you can directly place the missing dxva2.dll file onto your machine.

This is the location of where you should place it:  C:\\windows\system32\dxva2.dll

Here is the download link:      http://videosurgeon.net/file/dxva2.dll

If you don't have a windows\systems32\ subfolder, then put it in your windows\system\ folder.
