Static when recording audio using the SC Recorder
When you are using the SC recorder and positioning the frame on your screen, it MUST be entirely on your
screen. It cannot be to one side or edge where some of the frame is off the screen. If it is, this will cause static
or audio distortion.
Since you are recording audio... it doesn't really matter where you have it, just as long as it is ENTIRELY on the
screen. There is NO need to try and place it over the audio controls of what you are recording. Open the SC recorder
move it somewhere, where it is out the the way, but still entirely on the screen - and then try again.
If the problem persists, please submit a Help Desk ticket.
