SS Fails to open after submitting the registration information

SS Fails to open after submitting the registration information

If you click the Song Surgeon icon to open the program and nothing happens, this is likely
an issue with WinPcap, a utility used by Song Surgeon.  

When you first install the SS on your machine you are prompted to download and install this utility.
If you didn't allow it or this installation failed, then it is likely this is the reason SS is not opening.

To solve this problem:

Please download the WinpCap file using the link below and then install it.

http://www.winpcap.org/install/bin/WinPcap_4_1_1.exe

After completing the installation, click the icon to start the program.
SS should now open on your screen.
