Song Surgeon Won't Open

Song Surgeon Won't Open

If Song Surgeon doesn't open when you click the icon, it could be due to the absence
of a utility called WinpCap which SS uses, and which is supposed to be installed at the
same time Song Surgeon is installed. 

Please download and install this utility used by Song Surgeon. Once installed try opening SS again.
