Program will not open

Once you select 'Run in Demo'... or 'I am a Customer 'and activate, the main user interface
of Song Surgeon should open on your screen. If it does not, it is likely due to a folder
structure being absent, which should have been created on install.

Please check an see if there is a Song Surgeon 3 folder
in your main user directory

For example on an older mac osx it is \users\USER NAME\Song Surgeon 3\

On a 10.7 system in might be  \YOUR NAME\Song Surgeon 3\

Please look for this Song Surgeon 3 in this user folder.  If it is not there
please create it and then create these subfolders, inside of Song Surgeon 3

audio
export
project
sniffer
temp

Once you have done this please try opening the program.

If this doesn't fix the problem, please complete a Support Desk ticket.
