MSVCP120. DLL or similar file name error

If you see this error message MSVCP120 or something similar (MSVCP140), these errors are caused
when the program is missing some standard Microsoft Library files.   Here is what you need to do.

Go here: C:Program FilesKaraoke Surgeon

Toward the bottom of this folder you will find these to files.

Double click the 13 file to start it running and install this package. If you see a message about uninstalling or repairing, click Repair.
After that run and do the same with the 17 file.   After you have finished both, please double click the KS icon and try opening it. 

If this does not resolve the problem, please complete a Help Desk ticket and let us know that you have followed THIS Knowledgebase
instruction and it has not solved the problem.
