Mp4 files not playing correctly in QT or WMP

Video Surgeon standard mp4 files that conform to the criteria for this file format.
An mp4 is a wrapper or container, inside of which are audio and video streams.  
Some basic video players such as WMP and QT may have problems playing these
files because they don't have access to all of the necessary codecs.

If you have a Mac we suggest you try this codec pack called Perian.

If you have windows we suggest you try the K-lite codec pack.
