Licensing or activating a new or different machine

If you are switching machine, before you try to activate on your new machine you need to go to: Help >> Deactivate command  and remove the license from your old
machine, to make room for your new machine.

If you didn't do this your other option is to log into you My Account page here:

https://downloadsurgeon.com/my-account/

Once logged in you will find the list of registered machine(s) in the bottom right side.  Select and delete the license for your old machine.  This should now allow you to
activate your new machine.

If you still cannot do this, please contact the Help Desk.
