iShowU is not installed message on Mac OSx 10.15

When installing Download Surgeon on a Mac, it will also attempt to install a utility it uses called iShowU. If you see
a message the iShowU was blocked and could be installed, you may need to download and install it directly.

After downloading it, please install this utility used by Download Surgeon.  Gatekeeper on your Mac may block this.  To allow it go to

System Settings >> Security and Privacy >>  General Tab >>   and in the bottom half of the window, you'll see the text  "Allow Apps  Downloaded From"
If IShowU is blocked, you'll see a button here to allow it.  Click that.
