Internet Explorer Browser and Sniffer not working

Some flavors of Internet Explorer have a setting called "Protected Mode" This mode blocks the ability of the sniffer
to detect videos. You can check this by going here:

> Tools
> Internet Options
> Security.
> Look for a checkbox for "Protected Mode" you must uncheck it.

Close your browser and open it again. Try the sniffer. If it still does not work. Please refer to the other Knowledge Base articles on this issue (sniffer not working)
