EQ Presets Have Disappeared
If your EQ presets have disappeared, it is likely that Song Surgeon's ini file has been corrupted somehow. To fix this issue, do the following:
Please to the location shown below and find the "SongSurgeon5.ini" file. In the path below the XX's are a placeholder for YOUR user name
on your machine.
C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Song Surgeon 5\
Once you find the ini file in this folder, delete the ini file. After that re open SS and it will regenerate this ini. Next check for the EQ presets.
If they are still missing, open a Help Desk ticket and send us this ini file from your machine.
The AppData path in which the ini file is found is hidden by default on most machines. Here is how you reveal it.
