After installing Download Surgeon 4 for Windows and when trying to run it, if you see an error message that says MSVCR120.dll  cannot be found or is missing, please do the following:

1. Download the files from the links below. 

https://download.microsoft.com/download/C/C/2/CC2DF5F8-4454-44B4-802D-5EA68D086676/vcredist_x64.exe
https://download.microsoft.com/download/C/C/2/CC2DF5F8-4454-44B4-802D-5EA68D086676/vcredist_x86.exe

2. Next, double click them, one a time, to run and install them.   If you see a message about uninstall or repair,  click repair and complete the installs.
3. Once you have installed both of these packages, try opening DS4 again.
