DS 3 for Mac SC Recorder: Message about installing utility continues to appear each time I try to use it
The first time you use the SC Recorder on a Mac, you will be prompted to install and additional utility. Go ahead and do this and finish the install. When done, open this module again. You should now be able to use it. If instead you again are told you need to install a utility, reboot your computer. Once your machine comes back up, open DS3 and then open the SC Recorder. If you still see this same message about installing a utility then please download and try to install this utility manually. Select the correct one based upon the Mac (OSx) operating system on your machine.
For Mac 10.10 and 10.11 Use Sound Flower

Once you have downloaded and completed the above install, open DS3 again, then open the SC Recorder. You should no longer see the message about installing. If you do, please create a Help Desk ticket.
