Could not create .wav file [error message]

When try to open Song Surgeon or a file, if you see an error message about
not being able to create the empty wav file, please do the following:

Go to the Options button. Note the path to the temp folder. It should look
something like this.

C:\Users\**Your User NAME**\Song Surgeon 4\Temp

Download the file named 'Untitled.wav' from the link below and place this file
into this Temp subdirectory. After doing this try open a file again.
