Audio Stream Capture on Mac - "stop and check for permission issues"

When using Audio Stream Capture on a Mac,  you need to start playing the A/V file you WANT to capture within 10 seconds of the time that you start the Audio Stream capture recorder module working.  if you do not, and there is no audio input for 10 seconds or more, then Mac will show you this message about checking for permission issues.  Even if it does appear, you can simply click the button that says "continue anyway" but the better thing is to just start the A/V file playing quicker.
